Our Business
Pink of Health was started in August 2008. Although we are relatively young company, our founders were also responsible for launching VitaKids in 2002. Hence, we have collectively been in business for nearly 7 years. Thanks to the loyal and faithful support of all our customers, we hope to grow our business as we help you all to attain the best health possible.

Begin Shopping Online
As this is an e-commerce enabled site, you can of course shop online with pinkofhealth.biz from the comfort of your home, office, club, school, anywhere; so long as you have an Internet connection (preferably broadband). We recommend using either Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3 (and higher) as your Internet browsers. Set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 (or higher) for best visual appearance. You should have an email account before you begin shopping online. Once you are ready to shop, make sure you sign up as a Member first. See Loyalty Program for the benefits of signing up. Once you have signed up, log in with the UserID (typically your email address) and Password which you have keyed in. Anything you purchase from us will then be tracked.
To shop, just look for your favorite products by scrolling down the menu buttons on your left. Products are listed according to brands. You can also perform a search for the product you want by entering certain key words in the "Search" box. Once you have found your item, click "Add to basket", vary the quantity if you wish, and either checkout or continue shopping for other items. After you have finished selecting all the items you wish to buy, click "Go to checkout." You will then be taken to the Checkout page where you will be asked to select the shipping location and whether you wish to accept the Terms of Use. Once you agree tot he terms, click "Secure check out". You will then be asked to choose your preferred payment method - Visa, Amex, MasterCard, PayPal, Check on Delivery, Pick Up and Pay or Send Check. The last three options are only applicable to orders within Singapore. Then, fll in the Billing Address details, your gender and birthday (we would like to send you birthday greetings or information on any special offers on your birthday). You can then choose to enter a different shipping address and whether you wish to be included in our mailing list. You can store your Billing Address details and favorite items on your computer as cookies so that they can be quickly recalled the next time you visit us.
The final step is to click "Review secure order" and check if everything is correct (items and quantities ordered, shipping location, address, contact email/telephone, etc.). Once you are sure all information entered is correct, click "Send order securely." If you are paying by credit card or PayPal, another screen will appear which allows you to enter your credit card or PayPal details securely. Once that is done, you are all set and that completes the entire online shopping experience!
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and begin processing it. We will contact you again either via email or phone if we need to discuss certain aspects of your order or to finalize delivery arrangements. Once the payment is received and the goods are delivered, we will send you a final confirmation email.
